Ritesh Kumar: Ritesh Kumar’s work is underlined by out of the box thought process, unconventional materials and methods leading to innovative outcomes. With a steady gaze towards future, he likes to synthesize primordial and progressive for a fine balance. The designer showcases every season at the Wills India Fashion Week in New Delhi and has been selected to represent India at the Japan Fashion Week in Tokyo (March 2010). He has been featured in Elle India as one of the labels to look forward to (July 2010). In 2010 and 2011, he stood finalist at the World of Wearable Art Show, New Zealand. In 2012, he has been one of the nominees for the International Woolmark Prize for the India region. Ritesh is based in New Delhi as fashion designer and also works with photography and art. He is an alumnus of Domus Academy, Milan, Italy and NIFT, New Delhi, India.
