framing framed frames

This series in process, tries to observe the dynamics of photography in third person where the photographer and his/her subject are perceived on the same plane. Narration of typical photographic situations so as to make a visual commentary on notions of posing, body language & related gestures of both - the photographer and the subject. The idea is also to understand the active and passive participants in a photo shoot and challenging their roles in context of a given frame.

It is a loop of possible emotions evoked by the imagery, as rendered by the presence of anonymity, absence of detail, sense of void and poetic solitude. There are intercepts to the flow of narrative with breathing space and exploration of common and not so common punctuation marks. These intercepts are combination of two images suggesting dual meaning ranslation; like an exclamation mark which suggests the idea of exclamation!
